Rasheem Clark is a former University of Miami Division One Football Player with an MBA from Baruch College in New York City. With over 15 years of experience in amateur boxing and competitive track and field, Rasheem has incorporated a classic and modern training technique which focuses on strength, endurance and mental fortitude.
He has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for both youth and adults for over six years. In 2015, Rasheem spent three months in Kuwait helping launch The Burrow, a fitness facility, for the local community based on disciplines ranging from Cross Fit, boxing, yoga, spinning, weightlifting, and bootcamp workouts. Despite how much he enjoyed helping the fitness community in Kuwait, Rasheem returned to the states to continue to pursue his career in the fitness industry. Rasheem hopes that some of the peaceful and ethical fitness business practices he learned in Kuwait will benefit the people of New York City.
Today Rasheem gives back to the community by working in NYC after school programs teaching youth with disciplinary issues the art of boxing.
