It is great to be indoors but there’s nothing like the outdoors. As soon as the warm weather hits, Bralic boot camps take place in Central Park and Fort Greene. They are both for men and women and consist of sprints/drills, classic body weight resistance and boxing technique.
Rasheem is Certified in Sports Performance Nutrition through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
There are countless articles and discussions on nutrition and ways to craft the correct diet. Establishing a balanced diet should not be difficult, but due to the amount of fad diets out there, people are constantly exploring and changing their eating habits. This can cause confusion so always do your homework and listen to your body. Every day an article is coming up with a new study on what works and doesn’t work for you. Eat in moderation, eat for performance, eat for sanity, and eat for strength. There are basic factors that must be met such as sleep, hydration, eating balanced meals, and taking vitamins and supplements. Depending on your culture and lifestyle, food choices will vary.
